Mortgage Checklist
The following information is usually required during the loan process:
- Copy of Driver’s License
- Current pay stubs
- Tax returns for the past two years
- Asset statements. Two most recent months for all accounts being used for down payment, costs and reserves.
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Most recent mortgage or HELOC account statement.
- Home insurance policy information
There may be other items necessary on a case by case basis. Your loan officer will advise you to what is needed to apply for jumbo loans and other financing options.
