“Shannon was the lender on my mortgage 3 years ago, as well as my mother’s recently. She is exceptional! Truly knocks it out of the park. She helped us quickly get pre-qualification which matters a lot in this competitive market. And when our offers were accepted, she helped us run the marathon to closing. That included finding a good home insurance carrier (Even after my insurer almost tanked the deal with all these repairs they were requiring on an as-is sale). She arranged the appraisal, recommended an attorney, and in my mom’s case, making sure we’re able to pull off a quick close to make the offer more attractive. Paperwork! There was so much paperwork to provide as part of the mortgage approval, and my goodness she held our hand along the way, and made sure that even if we couldn’t get the intended paperwork she asked for, we got the next best thing and it fit the bill.
