Ian has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2001. In addition to his finance career, Ian had a strong interest in Real Estate. In 2003 he began investing in Single and Multi-Family properties in the greater New Haven area. He currently owns and manages several investment properties.

With his investing experience, knowledge of financing unique and complicated transactions, Ian transitioned into the mortgage business in 2006. Ian demonstrated immediate success helping hundreds of families realize their dreams of home ownership.

In November of 2008, Ian became Partner of a small Correspondent Lending Firm based out of Milford, CT. Ian was in charge of the growth and development of the Guilford Office.

In May of 2010, Ian joined forces with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. where he continues to build and grow his team. Currently employed as Division President, Ian now manages locations in Guilford, Branford and Fairfield. His locations currently employ two Branch Managers, two underwriters, four processors and twelve mortgage loan originators.

Ian currently resides in Guilford, CT with his wife, Tina and three children, Dylan, Cooper and Colby. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, boating and golfing.
