Ian Watson is a native to Guilford and attended Guilford high school where he played basketball and lacrosse. After graduating in 2009 Ian immediately started working for his family’s advertising business where he learned vital marketing skills and the art of creating long term relationships with his clients. After owning and operating his own investment property since 2014, in 2022 Ian took a new direction in his career and joined The Shoreline Team to utilize his relationship and real estate skills with new clients in the mortgage industry. Ian loves helping people and looks forward to his career assisting clients with their overall financial picture in purchasing or refinancing primary, investment, and second homes.

Ian is very outgoing and loves to meet new people. He currently lives with his fiancé, Julie, and well-loved Goldendoodle named Kobe. Ian enjoys playing basketball with the mens league in Guilford, as well as riding bikes, and watching his favorite local band, Foxtrotter, play at local events.
