I started my mortgage careen with World Savings on the wholesale side of the business in 2001. My specialty was focused on Cash Flow / LTV based lending.  In 2003, I transitions to the retail side with Wells Fargo in their Private Mortgage Banking Division. During my years at Wells Fargo I focused on running large condo development projects. In 2008 I moved my business to the broker world where I found success helping my clients achieve their dreams of home ownership, helped them to purchase second homes and investment properties. As well as refinancing to either reduce their monthly payment, utilize home equity to pay for education or pay down high interest rate credit cards. In 2019 with the broker model become more restrictive, I made a decision to join Primary Residential Mortgage. PRMI has onsite pricing and underwriting which allows us to control the process from start to finish and provides our clients with service that is not usually available with other lenders.
